Citizen Members Of City Planning Board

(1) The citizen members shall: (a) be qualified by knowledge and experience in matters pertaining to the development of the city; and (b) hold no other office in the city government. (2) Any citizen appointee may be removed from office by a majority vote of the governing body of the city.
