As used in 85-20-1503 through 85-20-1506, the following definitions apply: (1) "Blackfeet Tribe" means the Blackfeet Tribe of the Blackfeet Indian reservation of Montana; and (2) "Department" means the department of natural resources and conservation provided for in Title 2, chapter 15, part 33.
