“Government money market mutual fund” defined.

NRS 682A.089 “Government money market mutual fund” defined. “Government money market mutual fund” means a money market mutual fund that at all times: 1. Invests only in obligations issued, guaranteed or insured by the Federal Government or collateralized repurchase agreements composed of these obligations; and 2. Qualifies for investment without a reserve in accordance with the Purposes and Procedures Manual of the SVO. (Added to NRS by 2015, 3419)
