NRS 687B.610 “Evidence of coverage” defined. “Evidence of coverage” means any certificate, agreement or contract issued to a covered person by a health carrier setting forth the coverage to which the covered person is entitled pursuant to a network plan. (Added to NRS by 2017, 2349)
