NRS 691E.170 “Travel protection plan” defined. “Travel protection plan” means a product that provides: 1. Travel insurance; 2. Travel assistance services; 3. A cancellation fee waiver; or 4. Any combination of the items described in subsections 1, 2 and 3. (Added to NRS by 2023, 3273)
