NRS 692C.075 “Involved insurer” defined. “Involved insurer” includes an insurer that: 1. Acquires a person or is acquired by a person; 2. Is affiliated with an insurer that acquires a person or is acquired by a person; or 3. Is the result of a merger. (Added to NRS by 2003, 3318)
