NRS 696A.110 Deposit in lieu of bond: Conditions; execution on judgments against club. A deposit of cash or securities, in lieu of such bond, shall be subject to the conditions applying to the bond and is also subject to execution on judgments against the club. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1878)
