Subject: Value of Distributed Energy Resources (VDER). Purpose: To establish a new Retail Storage Performance Component.

Subject: Reconnection Charges and Postpaid Return Envelopes. Purpose: To clarify the Tariff and remove outdated practices.

Subject: Small Generator Interconnection Procedures, Appendix S -Temporary Rules Relating to Applicants Seeking Federal Tax Credits. Purpose: To modify LIPA’s SGIP to align with the State’s Standardized Interconnection Requirements.

Subject: Uniform Business Practices (UBP). Purpose: To modify LIPA’s UBP for ESCOs to better align with recent changes to the PSC‘s UBP.

Subject: Formula Rate and Implementing Protocols for Transmission Network Upgrades constructed/owned by LIPA as a PPTN Designated Entity. Purpose: To adopt a formula rate and implementing protocols that will calculate an annual revenue requirement for PPTN network upgrades.

Subject: Small Generator Interconnection Procedures (SGIP). Purpose: To modify the SGIP to align with Statewide SIR by incorporat- ing Appendix S.

Subject: Extreme Heat Protections. Purpose: To adopt protections for residential customers and customers with residential end-users during periods of extreme heat.

Subject: LIPA’s Household Assistance Rate (HAR) Program Purpose: To pause customer disenrollments in LIPA’s HAR Program,and to extend the lookback period for HAR eligibility to 18 months.

Subject: Closure of TOD Bill Protection Guarantee to new entrants. Purpose: To confirm the closure of TOD Bill Protection to new entrants.

Subject: LIPA’s Household Assistance Rate (HAR) Program. Purpose: To pause customer disenrollments in LIPA’s HAR Program,and to extend the lookback period for HAR eligibility to 18 months.

Subject: Electric Vehicle Phase-In Rates (EVPIR) for behind-the-meter storage that is not paired with a distributed generator. Purpose: To allow customers with behind-the-meter storage that is not paired with a distributed generator to participate in its EVPIR.

Subject: Sub/Transmission Level Rates and New IA requirement. Purpose: To charge Sub/Transmisison level rates for customers connected to LIPA’s system at 23,000 kVa or higher and new IA requirement.

Subject: Standby Rate and Buyback Services. Purpose: To introduce Standby Rates through Standby Service and update Buyback Service.

Subject: New York State Energy Affordability Guarantee Pilot Program. Purpose: To implement the New York State EAG Pilot program in the LIPA service territory.

Subject: ReCharge New York. Purpose: To implement ReCharge New York for non-net metered customers.

Subject: Legacy Rate Codes 282 and 288. Purpose: To sunset older commercial TOU Rate Codes and transition customers to more modern rate codes.

Subject: EV Phase-In Rates. Purpose: To implement a new electric vehicle charging rate available to commercial customers with charging stations.
