Subject: Transfer of assets. Purpose: To authorize the transfer of 100 percent of the water system assets.

Subject: Financing petition. Purpose: To authorize Corning for the issuance of long-term indebtedness.

Subject: Motion for waiver. Purpose: To grant National Grid’s motion for waiver of article VII regulations.

Subject: Transfer of street lighting facilities. Purpose: To authorize National Grid’s petition to transfer street lighting facilities to Cheektowaga.
