Subject: Increase of interim cost cap. Purpose: To authorize, with modifications, NYSEG’s petition for increase in cost cap for it’s proposed project.

Subject: Incidental regulation of Petitioners. Purpose: To determine whether incidental regulation affording exemp- tions from certain regulatory requirements is in the public interest.

Subject: Lightened regulation of a solar electric generating facility. Purpose: To determine whether lightened regulation affording exemptions from certain regulatory requirements is in the public interest.

Subject: Deferral of costs associated with the development of Utility Thermal Energy Networks. Purpose: To determine the appropriate funding for the development of a proposed Utility Thermal Energy Network Pilot Project.
