Subject: Adult Use Dispensaries—Standards for Public Convenience and Advantage. Purpose: Amends factors the Cannabis Control Board shall consider to determine public convenience and advantage.

Subject: Legacy Rate Codes 282 and 288. Purpose: LIPA proposes to modify the Tariff to sunset older commercial TOU Rate Codes and transition customers to more modern rate codes.

Subject: Electric Vehicle Rates. Purpose: LIPA proposes to modify the Tariff to implement new EV phase-in rates which will support efforts to expand EV usage.

Subject: Establishment of the Mandatory GHG Reporting Program. Purpose: Improve the understanding of sources of GHG emissions, sup- port the annual GHG Emissions Report, and CLCPA emissions reductions.

Subject: CWSRF program co-administered by DEC and the NYS Environ- mental Facilities Corporation (EFC). Purpose: To update and modernize the priority ranking system scoring criteria for projects receiving financial assistance from CWSRF.
