Subject: Compensation of distributed energy resources. Purpose: To grant the Port Authority’s petition for a limited waiver.

Subject: Long-term gas system plan (LTP). Purpose: To direct SLG to make further filings to its LTP.

Subject: Transfer of gas plant and CECPN and lightened regulation. Purpose: To authorize Repsol and RTBR’s petition to transfer gas-related assets and interests and CECPN and granting lightened regulation.

Subject: Financing arrangement. Purpose: To approve Yellow Barn’s petition for financing up to $204 million.

Subject: Rules and regulations to effectuate the purpose of the State Employment Relations Act (Labor Law art. 20). Purpose: To enact procedures for electronic signatures and to update procedures applicable in PERB’s private sector jurisdiction.

Subject: Special Needs Assisted Living Residence (SNALR) Voucher Program. Purpose: To establish the guidelines surrounding the SNALR Voucher Program for Persons with Dementia.

Subject: Amendments to CO2 budget trading program in NY. Purpose: Regulation of CO2 emissions from power plants in NY.

Subject: Special Risk Insurance. Purpose: To revise the regulation to conform with Insurance Law article 63 and to make other technical amendments.

Subject: Jurisdictional Classification. Purpose: To classify positions in the non-competitive class.

Subject: State University of New York Tuition and Fee Schedule. Purpose: To repeal the existing tuition and fees schedule and replace with a new one to be effective for the Fall 2026 semester.

Subject: State basic financial assistance for the operating expenses of community colleges under the programs of SUNY and CUNY. Purpose: To set assistance levels for basic State financial assistance and allocate incremental new monies provided in the State Budget.

Subject: Index Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) settlement structure, used as part of Clean Energy Standard (CES) procurements. Purpose: To consider changes to the Index REC settlement structure used under CES procurements.

Subject: Progress and status of the Clean Energy Standard program to- ward renewable and zero emissions targets. Purpose: To consider progress of the Clean Energy Standard and further achievement of State clean energy goals.

Subject: Proposed merger of entities upstream of lightly regulated merchant generating facilities in New York. Purpose: To consider whether the proposed transfer is in the public interest.

Subject: Issuance of long-term securities and other forms of indebtedness. Purpose: To provide funding for capital needs.

Subject: Stop Addictive Feeds Exploitation (SAFE) for Kids Act. Purpose: To implement Article 45 of the General Business Law, the Stop Addictive Feeds Exploitation (SAFE) for Kids Act.

Subject: Tree Maintenance and Removal. Purpose: To establish safety and health standards for publicly employed tree maintenance and removal workers.

Subject: Transferring of Prescriptions by Pharmacists. Purpose: Require pharmacists and pharmacies to transfer a patient’s entire prescription, including all authorized refills, upon request.

Subject: Requirements for Coaches of Interscholastic Athletic Teams. Purpose: Update outdated coaching license regulations, simplify licens- ing, standardize education requirements to reduce burdens and improve consistency.

Subject: Receivership under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Ac- countability System. Purpose: To align Receivership support under the ESSA accountability system with the Department’s goals of building leadership and systems for continuous improvement.

Subject: Registration requirements for certain teacher preparation programs that focus on literacy instruction and corresponding certification requirements. Purpose: To ensure that teacher candidates are prepared to teach evidence- based literacy instruction.

Subject: Temporary charitable practice authorizations. Purpose: To establish a Temporary Charitable Practice authorization to permit qualified out-of-state licensees to participate in charitable service initiatives in New York to address unmet professional service needs and improve access to care for underserved populations.

Subject: Athletic Placement Process (APP) and Use of the Tanner Sexual Maturity Scale. Purpose: To update the APP to ensure that health examinations and physi- cal fitness requirements are relevant and appropriate.

Subject: Regulation of Complaints, Hearing Requests, and Hearing Requirements in Disciplinary Proceedings in the Professions. Purpose: To resolve the obsolete address issue by permitting offices to update forms without amending the regulation each time.

Subject: Curriculum Update to Natural Hair Styling and Cosmetology Educational Standards. Purpose: To update course curricula for obtaining natural hair styling and cosmetology licenses.

Subject: Infant walkers. Purpose: To codify the requirement that licensed/registered child care programs are prohibited from having infant walkers.

Subject: Revised modifications establishing proposed rates in NYSEG’s electric tariff schedules. Purpose: To ensure safe and adequate service at just and reasonable rates charged to customers without undue preferences.

Subject: Proposed revisions to firm gas demand response programs for the 2026-2027 winter season and going forward. Purpose: To determine if the proposed modifications to firm gas demand response programs are in the public interest.

Subject: Central Hudson’s Gas and Electric Corporation’s proposal for a Gas Demand Response Pilot and associated budgets. Purpose: To promote gas system reliability by encouraging gas demand reductions during peak gas demand days.

Subject: Clarifying what facilities OPWDD can designate Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Purpose: To allow specialty hospitals to be certified as an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Subject: Amendments to medical cannabis regulations. Purpose: Amends medical cannabis regulations to conform to enacted legislation.

Subject: Outside activity restrictions and approval procedures.

Subject: Ionizing Radiation. Purpose: Compatibility with Federal standards and modernization to reflect current technology.

Subject: Community Paramedicine Programs. Purpose: To establish rules and regulations relative to the practice of com- munity paramedicine in New York State.
