Subject: Authorization of degrees. Purpose: Adds the Doctor of Acupuncture Degree as a registered degree in New York State.

Subject: Charges for Professional Health Services. Purpose: To update the website link to the Official New York Workers’ Compensation DME Fee Schedule.

Subject: Adjusting rates to address market conditions. Purpose: The regulation will provide consistent pricing across the current fee structure.

Subject: Firearm Licensing Appeals. Purpose: Set forth an appeal process for when there is a denial of a fire- arms application, renewal, or recertification, or revocation.
