Subject: Pick-five wager for Thoroughbred racing. Purpose: To improve the pick-five wager in Thoroughbred racing.

Subject: Pick-four wagers for thoroughbred and harness racing. Purpose: To improve the pick-four wagers in thoroughbred and harness racing.

Subject: Submetering of electricity. Purpose: To approve Hallets’ notice of intent to submeter electricity.

Subject: Water service agreement and waivers. Purpose: To approve Saratoga Water’s Water Service Agreement with Pine Crest and waivers.

Subject: Tariff amendments. Purpose: To approve FIEC’s tariff amendments.

Subject: Reconsideration petition. Purpose: To approve NYSERDA’s petition for reconsideration of rules governing the transition from Community Credit to Community Adder.

Subject: Electric metering equipment. Purpose: To approve Quadlogic to use electric metering equipment for submetering applications in New York State.

Subject: Tariff conversion and rate setting exemption. Purpose: To approve, with conditions, Sleepy Hollow’s new tariff sched- ule conversion and rate setting exemption.

Subject: Cost recovery for the Idlewild Project. Purpose: To grant Con Edison interim cost recovery for the Idlewild Project.

Subject: IEDR Program Phase 2 Proposal. Purpose: To approve NYSERDA’s IEDR Program Phase 2 Proposal.

Subject: Advanced Transmission and Distribution Technologies Research and Development Plan. Purpose: To establish procedures for the Advanced Transmission Tech- nologies Working Group.

Subject: Progress Report on Research and Development Plan for Ad- vanced Transmission and Distribution Technologies. Purpose: To approve, with modifications, the Progress Report on the Research and Development Plan.

Subject: Interconnection Contract. Purpose: To approve modifications to the SIR implementing an Intercon- nection Contract for State agencies.

Subject: LED streetlights in the Village of Cambridge. Purpose: To consider whether the use of LED streetlights in the Village of Cambridge requires changes.

Subject: Minor rate filing to increase annual revenues. Purpose: To ensure safe and adequate service at just and reasonable rates charged to customers without undue preferences.

Subject: Adirondack Rail Trail. Purpose: To regulate speed on the Adirondack Rail Trail to ensure public safety.

Subject: Telemarketing. Purpose: To consolidate and amend regulations relating to telemarketing.

Subject: Credentialing of Addiction Professionals. Purpose: Add new credentialing pathway for a ‘‘CASAC-Provisional’’ and modify outdated terminology.

Subject: Optometrist’s certification to use topical and oral therapeutic drugs for certain ocular diseases. Purpose: To implement chapter 506 of the Laws of 2021.

Subject: Requirements for clinical education and simulation experience in nursing education program. Purpose: To implement chapter 134 of the Laws of 2023.

Subject: Minimum Standards for Form, Content, and Sale of Health Insur- ance, Including Standards for Full and Fair Disclosure, et al. Purpose: To ensure that accident, hospital indemnity, and travel insurance are not misleading and provide substantial economic value.

Subject: Control of the Asian Long Horned Beetle (ALB). Purpose: To lift approximately 10 square miles of Asian long horned beetle quarantine in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Subject: Incorporation by reference of the 2019 edition of the Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (‘‘PMO’’). Purpose: To require certain producers, processors and manufacturers of milk and milk products to comply with the 2019 edition of the PMO.

Subject: Regulations governing recreational fishing for Atlantic Cod. Purpose: To reduce the recreational harvest of Atlantic Cod and maintain consistency with Federal rules.

Subject: Contracts for excellence and class size reduction in the City School District of the City of New York. Purpose: To implement L. 2022, ch. 556 and L. 2023, ch. 86.

Subject: Certification as a school counselor through individual evaluation. Purpose: To provide two additional options to satisfy the practicum and internship requirement for certification as a school counselor through the individual evaluation pathway.
