Subject: Appointment of Employees and Leave of Absence for Employ- ees in the Professional Service. Purpose: Revise to comport with provisions of the collective bargaining agreement between the State and United University Professions.

Subject: Submetering of electricity and waiver request. Purpose: To approve BOP Greenpoint’s petition to submeter electricity and waiver request.

Subject: Proposed major rate increase in gas delivery revenues. Purpose: To ensure safe and adequate service at just and reasonable rates charged to customers without undue preferences.

Subject: A debt financing arrangement with respect to natural gas pipelines and related facilities providing wholesale services. Purpose: To consider the requested financing arrangement and what regulatory conditions should apply.

Subject: Transfer of street lighting facilities. Purpose: To determine whether to authorize the transfer street of lighting facilities and the proper accounting for the transaction.

Subject: Compensation of and incentives for distributed energy resources. Purpose: To encourage the development of and ensure just and reasonable rates for distributed energy resources.

Subject: The applicable regulatory regime for the owner/operator of an approximately 200 megawatt solar electric generating facility. Purpose: Consideration of whether a requested lightened regulatory regime is in accordance with the Public Service Law and precedent.

Subject: Minimum Wage Increases for 2024-2026. Purpose: To implement minimum wage increases set by Labor Law Sec- tion 652 as amended in 2023.
