Subject: Providing revised deadline for designation of poll sites and new thresholds for number of early voting sites required. Purpose: To conform regulatory provisions to canvassing provisions provided for by Election Law 8-602.

Subject: Charges for Professional Health Services. Purpose: To establish schedules of maximum permissible charges for professional health services payable as no-fault insurance benefits.

Subject: General Duties, Accountability, and Transparency Provisions for Pharmacy Benefit Managers; Electronic Filings. Purpose: To define and clarify the provisions of PHL 280-a(2) and to require electronic filings for PBMs.

Subject: Rate increases for pilot services. Purpose: To harmonize rates collected with increased costs for pilotage services.

Subject: Medication assisted treatment. Purpose: Set minimum standards for a program of medication assisted treatment in jails.

Subject: Biodefense Commercialization Fund. Purpose: To clarify certain aspects of the administration of the Fund, and to ensure consistency with recently updated guidelines.

Subject: Provides for adjustment of campaign finance limits resulting from changes in the consumer price index. Purpose: To adopt regulation specifically required by Election Law 14- 114(e).
