Subject: Transmission timing for sending certain voter registration infor- mation from county Boards of Election to the State Board. Purpose: To extend the reporting requirement time frame to ease the administrative burden on the county board of elections.

Subject: Providing conflict of interest regulations for local board of elec- tions employees. Purpose: To ensure the bipartisan, standardized, transparent, application of conflicts of interest rules at boards of elections.
