Subject: Petition to submeter electricity. Purpose: To ensure adequate submetering equipment, consumer protec- tions and energy efficiency protections are in place.

Subject: Automated External Defibrillators and School Cardiac- Emergency Response plans. Purpose: To ensure the regulations are in compliance with chapter 189 of the Laws of 2025 and chapter 422 of the Laws of 2025.

Subject: Standard Utility Allowances (SUAs) for the Supplemental Nutri- tion Assistance Program (SNAP). Purpose: These regulatory amendments set forth federally-mandated changes to the values and application of the SUAs.
