§ 1070. Annual report. The authority shall submit to the board of\nsupervisors of the county, and to the comptroller, within the first\nmonth of each fiscal year, a detailed report setting forth the\noperations and fiscal transactions of the authority during the preceding\nfiscal year, the financial condition of such authority and a statement\nof all receipts and expenditures during such year.\n
