§ 1120-b. Clifton Park water district. There is hereby defined and\nestablished an area to be known as the "Clifton Park water district"\nwhich shall embrace all the territory located within the town of Clifton\nPark, provided that the authority shall only be empowered to exercise\nits corporate powers under this article within the Rexford Water\nDistrict No. 1 with respect to sewer districts located therein.\n
