Construction and purchase contracts

§ 1147-u. Construction and purchase contracts. The authority shall let\ncontracts for construction or purchase of supplies, materials, or\nequipment pursuant to sections one hundred one and one hundred three of\nthe general municipal law and shall be let in accordance with the\nprovisions of state law pertaining to prevailing wages, labor standards,\nand working hours. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit\nthe power of the authority to do any construction directly by the\nofficers, agents and employees of the authority.\n
