§ 12-1202 Establishment of lighting system. The board of trustees may,\nby resolution, provide for the establishment of a system for supplying\nthe village and its inhabitants with light by any approved method, or\nfor the acquisition of an existing private system, at an expense in\neither case not exceeding the sum stated in the resolution.\n
