§ 120-m. Application of other laws to procedure. Except where\ninconsistent with this act, or otherwise permitted hereunder the\napportionment of local assessments and the manner of payment of the\nexpenses of construction of such public works shall be as provided in\nthe town law, the village law, the general cities law, or the local\nfinance law or in the manner provided in any special city and of any\ncontracting city.\n
