§ 120-q. Rules and regulations. Such person, persons or corporation\noperating and maintaining such system or contracting for the removal of\nsewage as herein provided shall be subject to such rules, ordinances and\nregulations as said municipalities may establish, not inconsistent with\nany contract made therefor.\n
