Property other than military property-- waste, spoil, or destruction

§ 130.104. Property other than military property-- waste, spoil, or\ndestruction. Any person subject to this code who, while on active state\nduty or in a duty status other than active state duty, willfully or\nrecklessly wastes, spoils, or otherwise willfully and wrongfully\ndestroys or damages any property other than military property of the\nUnited States or of the state shall be punished as a court-martial may\ndirect.\n
