Drunken or reckless driving

§ 130.106. Drunken or reckless driving. Any person subject to this\ncode who, while on active state duty or in a duty status other than\nactive state duty, operates any vehicle while drunk, or in a reckless or\nwanton manner, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\n
