Conspiracy

§ 130.77. Conspiracy. Any person subject to this code who conspires\nwith any other person or persons to commit an offense under this code\nshall, if one or more of the conspirators does an act to effect the\nobject of the conspiracy, be punished as a court-martial may direct.\n
