§ 1364. Smoking prohibited. Smoking shall not be permitted, and no\nperson shall smoke in the indoor areas of facilities licensed pursuant\nto this article, except that the provisions of section one thousand\nthree hundred ninety-nine-q of the public health law shall be applicable\nto facilities licensed pursuant to this article.\n
