§ 1389-ff. Rules and regulations. The commissioner shall promulgate\nrules and regulations in conformity with the standards for generators of\nregulated medical waste, and the storage, containment, treatment and\ndisposal of regulated medical waste found in this title. Nothing in this\ntitle shall authorize the commissioner to adopt or amend any rule or\nregulation in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of title fifteen\nof article twenty-seven of the environmental conservation law.\n
