§ 144-b. Snow emergency. A determination made by the official having\njurisdiction of a highway that, because of existing or forecasted\nweather conditions, pursuant to section sixteen hundred twenty-one,\nsixteen hundred forty, sixteen hundred fifty or sixteen hundred sixty of\nthis chapter, traffic shall be regulated in accordance with section one\nhundred forty-five-c of this article.\n
