Purpose

§ 15-1901. Purpose.\n To provide for the drainage of agricultural land to the end that it\nmay be made more productive, and in order to benefit the public health,\nsafety and welfare, the department shall possess the powers and exercise\nthe duties hereinafter prescribed in respect to drainage.\n
