§ 1560. Inconsistent laws inapplicable. Provisions of all general,\nspecial, local or other laws which are inconsistent with the provisions\nof this article shall be inapplicable to counties, cities and towns to\nwhich this article applies but if not inconsistent shall apply to such\ncounties, cities and towns.\n
