§ 16-109. Conflicts with other laws. Nothing in this article or in any\nregulation adopted pursuant to this article shall limit, impair, or\nsupersede the provisions of subdivision one of section three hundred\neighty-three of the executive law or the provisions of subdivision three\nof section 11-103 of this chapter.\n
