Severability

§ 160-wwww. Severability. Should the courts of this state declare any\nprovision of this article unconstitutional, or unauthorized, or in\nconflict with any other section or provision of this article, such\ndecision shall affect only such section or provision so declared to be\nunconstitutional or unauthorized and shall not affect any other section\nor part of this article.\n
