§ 1631. Additional traffic regulation on the New York state thruway.\nIn addition to the other powers granted by this article, the New York\nstate thruway authority may by order, rule or regulation prohibit or\nregulate overtaking and passing on the New York state thruway. Any such\norder, rule or regulation shall supersede the provisions of section\neleven hundred twenty-three.\n
