§ 170-f. Website accessibility; contractors and vendors. Each\ncontractor, subcontractor, vendor, consultant, or other person providing\nservices pursuant to a state contract shall be required to conform any\nwebsite provided by such contractor, subcontractor, vendor, consultant,\nor person in relation to and for the purpose of the provision of such\nservices to the most current version of the Web Content Accessibility\nGuidelines adopted by the World Wide Web Consortium for accessibility,\nor any successor standards.\n
