Application of subtitle

§ 1817. Application of subtitle. Subject to the provisions of sections\neighteen hundred twenty-two and eighteen hundred twenty-three of this\ntitle, the authority shall have the power and is hereby authorized to\nmake loans with pollution control funds pursuant to this subtitle to\nlocal development corporations for costs of projects located in any area\nof the state for the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation or\nimprovement of pollution control facilities.\n
