§ 1854-b. Low-level radioactive waste management facilities. In\naddition to those purposes otherwise set forth in this title, the\npurposes of the authority shall include the management of low-level\nradioactive waste. In carrying out that purpose, the authority shall\nhave the powers and responsibilities set forth in sections eighteen\nhundred fifty-four-c and eighteen hundred fifty-four-d of this title, in\naddition to those otherwise set forth in this title.\n
