§ 1858. Assistance by state officers, departments, boards, divisions\nand commissions. At the request of the authority, engineering and legal\nservices for such authority shall be performed by the department of\ntransportation and the department of law, respectively, and all other\nstate agencies shall upon request by the authority render services\nwithin their respective functions.\n
