§ 19-1105. Regulations.\n The commissioner is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate rules\nand/or regulations specifying labeling requirements necessary for the\nimplementation of this title provided, however, that any such rules\nand/or regulations may allow for the use of labels adopted by the state\nof California that generally meet the requirements of this title.\n
