Construction and purchase contracts

§ 2052-k. Construction and purchase contracts. The authority shall let\ncontracts for construction or purchase of supplies, materials, or\nequipment pursuant to sections one hundred one and one hundred three of\nthe general municipal law. Nothing in this section shall be construed to\nlimit the powers of the authority to do any construction directly by the\nofficers, agents and employees of the authority.\n
