§ 21-0521. Financial examination.\n The Comptroller of the state of New York is hereby authorized and\nempowered, from time to time, to examine the accounts and books of the\ncommission including its receipts, disbursements and such other items\nreferring to its financial standing as such Comptroller may deem proper\nand to report the results of such examination to the Governor of such\nstate.\n
