Prisoner furlough program in county jails and penitentiaries

§ 218-b. Prisoner furlough program in county jails and penitentiaries.\nThe county legislative body shall have power to elect to have the\nprovisions of article twenty-two-A of the correction law concerning\nprisoner furloughs apply to jails and penitentiaries under its\njurisdiction and to appropriate and expend such sums as it may deem\nproper to provide for a prisoner furlough program in accordance\ntherewith.\n
