§ 225.25 Possession of gambling records; defense.\n In any prosecution for possession of gambling records, it is a defense\nthat the writing, paper, instrument or article possessed by the\ndefendant was neither used nor intended to be used in the operation or\npromotion of a bookmaking scheme or enterprise, or in the operation,\npromotion or playing of a lottery or policy scheme or enterprise.\n
