Jurisdiction of department

§ 2280. Jurisdiction of department. 1. The registration of all terrain\nvehicles shall be under the jurisdiction of the department of motor\nvehicles.\n 2. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all of the\nprovisions of this chapter shall apply to all terrain vehicles.\n
