§ 250-i. Rules and regulations. The commissioner is hereby authorized,\nafter public hearing, to adopt such rules and regulations as he or she\nmay deem necessary to administer the provisions of this article. Such\nrules and regulations shall be filed and open for public inspection at\nthe principal offices of the department and with the secretary of state.\n
