§ 259-a. State board of parole; funding. The annual budget submitted\nby the governor shall separately state the recommended appropriations\nfor the state board of parole. Upon enactment, these separately stated\nappropriations for the state board of parole shall not be decreased by\ninterchange with any other appropriation, notwithstanding section\nfifty-one of the state finance law.\n
