§ 27-2111. Regulations.\n The department shall promulgate and enforce any regulations necessary\nto implement the provisions of this title.\n Such regulations shall provide for the proper storage, recycling and\ndisposal of mercury-added consumer products at facilities regulated\npursuant to titles seven and nine of this article.\n
