§ 279-f. Presumption. The possession by any junk dealer or dealer in\nsecond-hand materials or articles, without the written consent of the\nperson who filed hereunder or his assignee, of any vessels, receptacles\nor utensils upon which a name, mark or device has been produced shall be\npresumptive evidence of a violation of this article.\n
