Contracts

§ 280-p. Contracts. The administrative head or body, where applicable,\nsubject to the approval of the governing body, may make contracts\nnecessary to effectuate the purposes of this article. Provided, however,\nthat no such contract, nor the power to contract, shall be deemed to\nalter or abridge any power or authority, or exercise thereof, of any\nstate department or agency heretofore or hereafter exercised or\nconferred.\n
